Complaints
Despite careful checks and efforts by our suppliers, an item can sometimes break. We have put together everything that has to be done and observed in the event of a complaint within the statutory warranty of 24 months.

Purchase date
Article name
a brief description of the error
one or two pictures showing the defect
Step 2:
We will look at the pictures as soon as possible and you will get feedback on how things will continue and what we can offer you for the solutions. Please do not return defective items before we get in touch.
