Even if we carefully take care of item descriptions, pictures and size advice, it sometimes happens that the goods do not fit, do not like or were presented differently.
No problem, send it back to us.
You can easily return items within 1 months. Please understand that we only take back unworn and unwashed items. Please be careful not to remove the labels or stain the item. The goods must not show any signs of use (all information on the right of return).
This is how the return works
This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal, but it simplifies the assignment of the goods and the faster processing of returns.
1. Send us an email with details of your name, order / invoice number and the item you want to return. The basic naming is not mandatory, but desirable.
2. You send the goods back with original labels, neatly packaged and in a suitable shipping box / envelope or a shipping bag.
3. As soon as we have received the goods, we will check and process them as quickly as possible. It usually only takes a few working days for invoices that have already been paid to be reimbursed by us. The same payment method that you used for your payment will be used for the refund. If you paid by bank transfer, please do not forget to send your bank details on a slip with the package.
New orders instead of exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges to safeguard our inventory. If you would like to order an article in a different color or size, please send the unwanted article back to us and place a new order. This means that the replacement item is with you much faster!
